2DTG offers solution both for traceability and anti-counterfeiting in one package. It is interfaced to Windows, Linux, Android, but it can be embedded to a custom built platform/IDE, as well.
Barcode Security Suite (Data Matrix) is the prime software package in this line. It employs the concept of Digital Signature for barcode authentication. A digital signature scheme allows one to sign an electronic message and later the produced signature can be validated by the owner of the message or by receiving party. To strengthen the product authenticity, protective software offers also one more layer of protection - additional barcode encryption (on top of authentication).
