Shipping and Delivery
Tracking Packages
Tracking numbers are issued via email to the address you entered while placing your order as soon as the package leaves our warehouse.
Please contact us if you have not received your tracking information within 24 hours of your order.
Continental U.S. Shipping Rates and Times
Standard hardware orders ship the same day if received by 6:00 p.m. EST.
Hardware orders containing software that needs to be "pre-loaded" require 1 - 2 days for processing before delivery.
Deliveries to FPOs, APOs
For FPO and APO addresses, 2DTG ship packages insured via the US Postal Service.
Deliveries to PO Boxes
Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes, due to UPS and Federal Express restrictions.
International Shipping
2DTG regularly ships to customers world wide. Please notify our customer service if you need a shipping quote, or have any questions. Our staff will be happy to assist you.
Address Verification or Alternate Shipping Address
Address verification is a precaution 2DTG will take to ensure your safety and prevent fraud. Online shopping does not allow us to request traditional forms of identification, e.g. a driver's license, like a standard walk-in retail outlet. Instead 2DTG will conduct address verification through your credit/debit card issuer to confirm your identity and verify the validity of your purchase, thereby ultimately protecting you and your credit.
Your billing and shipping addresses are verified before an order ships. If you would like to ship to an address other than your billing address, it is best to contact your card issuing bank and have your shipping address added as an alternate shipping address to your card. Simply let the card issuer know that you are placing a phone/online order and the retailer needs to verify the address before shipment to eliminate the possibility of fraudulent activity.
Orders with the same billing and shipping address or an alternate shipping address recognized by the card issuer will ship the quickest.
2DTG Return Guidelines
Please save all packaging and accessories for any item that is returned to 2DTG
All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents and packaging must be returned with your item in order for 2DTG to process your RMA. An item returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at 2DTG’s discretion, unless otherwise required by law. Products with specific refund and return policies and deadlines must be returned within the time periods specified for that item. All items sold through 2DTG are subject to our Policy and Agreement. Physically damaged items cannot be returned.
All returns for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Alteration or disassembly of a product and removal or alteration of a product's serial number or serial number sticker will automatically void your 2DTG Return Policy. Products that are returned to 2DTG physically damaged or with a missing, damaged or altered serial number will be refused RMA service and returned to you.
- If you wish to request an RMA for an item you purchased as part of a combo or bundle special, you'll need to return all items within that particular combo / bundle special. With the exception of certain circumstances or if advised otherwise by 2DTG Customer Service.
RMA Options
Please select only one RMA type (refund or replacement) per request. If two products in the same order require different actions, please use two separate RMA requests.
RMA Refund
Refunds are only available for eligible items within the specified time frame.
- All RMA refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Credits can only be issued to the credit card or used for the original purchase.
RMA Replacement
Most products may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for a replacement of the same make and model. In order for your return to be processed, please return all of the materials in the original packaging.
