Multi-Platform Plugin compatibility for Honeywell Handhelds

Multi-Platform Plugin is a single firmware (.moc) file that works for all scanners utilizing N5600 scanning engine (Xenon, Vuquest, Granit).

Though it is fully compatible with all latest versions of the imagers, you may need to update firmware if your device is more than one year old. The whole procedure takes just a few minutes:

  1. Download the "multi-platform" compatible firmware for your device from this page (at the bottom of the page).
  2. Unpack and install firmware the same way as it is described in the Plugin Installation Instruction manual for Plugin itself (Section 3.1).

HSM Drivers

The Honeywell Scanning & Mobility (HSM) WHQL-certified USB Serial Driver connects an HSM Xenon 1900/1902,  Vuquest3310g, Granit 1910i/1911i area imagers through a virtual COM port to a Microsoft Windows operating system and applications (at the bottom of the page).

HSM Tools and Utilities

EZConfig Scanning simplifies scanner configuration by incorporating an easy-to-use graphical user interface (GUI) that saves time and increases productivity (at the bottom of the page).

Demo Project for Data Matrix SDK interfaced to Windows CE 5.0

2DTG offers Demo Project for Data Matrix SDK / Decoding library (Download on the right). The size of the image in this demo library is limited to 1280 pixels.

Some features of the fully operational library are disabled. Fully operational Datamatrix decoder for performance testing can be downloaded from the Data Matrix product page. Example of operational DPM Data Matrix decoder for Windows CE 5.0 can be downloaded from the "DPM Reader - Dolphin Handheld" page.

C# Demo Project for PDF417 Decoder

PDF417 decoding library can be easily integrated into applications written in C# to run on the .Net Framework. Download C# sample code for integrating PDF417 decoding library. Please note that this projects is built only as sample C# application, demonstrating how to use decoding library - it does not contain the decode library itself. To test the Project with the library - follow the "Read Me" - instructions, included into the zip-archive.
